All fees listed below are subject to change. Fees may vary by region or specific promotional periods. All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. By buying or selling on XILA, you agree to pay all applicable fees described below.
Creating an account and browsing the platform is free. There are no fees for buyers making standard marketplace purchases (excluding applicable shipping costs and taxes calculated at checkout).
Buyers who subscribe to premium buyer features or VIP access (if available) will be billed at the stated rate (monthly or annually) until canceled.
Sellers can choose from the following subscription tiers based on their business needs:

When an item or service sells, XILA charges a platform transaction fee based on the total order amount (including shipping, but excluding taxes):

In addition to XILA's platform transaction fees, third-party payment processing fees apply to all transactions:
Standard Payment Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (Stripe standard rate).
International Transactions: An additional 1.5% fee applies for international cards or currency conversions.
Payout Fees: Standard bank transfers are usually free. Expedited payouts (if supported) may incur an additional fee (e.g., 1.5% of the payout amount).
Sellers can choose to promote their listings in search results. Fees are based on a cost-per-click (CPC) model and vary by category and competition.
Available for Premium and Enterprise sellers at a flat daily or weekly rate. Contact support for current rates.
Chargeback Fee: If a buyer files a chargeback with their credit card company, the seller may be assessed a non-refundable chargeback fee (typically $15 USD), in addition to the disputed amount being held, unless XILA Seller Protection covers the dispute.
Dispute Resolution Fee: XILA reserves the right to charge a dispute resolution fee to sellers for high volumes of platform disputes (SNAD/INR) ruled in favor of the buyer.
XILA may change its fees from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of any changes to our standard fees by posting the changes on the platform or sending an email notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
In enforcing these policies, XILA collects and processes personal data. This data is processed strictly in accordance with our GDPR Policy and Privacy Policy to fulfill our legal obligations and maintain a safe platform environment.
Please be aware that any information submitted regarding policy violations or disputes may be legally required to be shared with the opposing party and relevant third-party authorities.
