XILA is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. These Child Safety Standards describe our age requirements, prohibited conduct, how users can report concerns, how we address child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and how to reach our designated child safety point of contact.

XILA is an 18+ platform. The service is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the platform.

1. Overview

These standards apply to all users and all activity on XILA, including marketplace listings, messaging, social features, bookings, and any other interactions facilitated by the platform. We publish these standards so users, reviewers, and partners can understand our zero-tolerance approach to CSAE and CSAM.

These Child Safety Standards work together with our Community Guidelines, Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

2. Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use XILA. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

XILA is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, or that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to remove the account and delete related information promptly, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If you believe a child has created an account or that we have collected a child's information, please contact us immediately at support@xila.io.

3. Standards Against CSAE

CSAE means child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. XILA strictly prohibits CSAE in any form.

Prohibited conduct and content include, without limitation:

  • Any content that sexualizes minors (including fictional depictions).

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.

  • Sextortion or sexual coercion involving a child.

  • Trafficking of a child for sex, or facilitating such trafficking.

  • Soliciting, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material.

  • Any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement or relevant child protection organizations where required or appropriate.

4. CSAM Prohibition

CSAM means child sexual abuse material. XILA has a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM. Uploading, sharing, storing, requesting, possessing, or distributing CSAM on or through the platform is strictly forbidden.

We will remove CSAM when we become aware of it, take action against responsible accounts, and report as required by applicable law. Sellers and other commercial users must also comply with our Seller Policy, which prohibits CSAM and content that sexualizes minors.

5. Reporting and User Feedback

Users can report child safety concerns, CSAE, CSAM, or suspected underage accounts through the following mechanisms:

  • In-app reporting:Use XILA's report features (where available) to report users, posts, messages, listings, or other content. Provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate promptly.

  • Email: Send a report to support@xila.io with the subject line "Child Safety Report". Include links, usernames, screenshots, and a description of the issue.

  • Related policies: Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct.

We review reports as quickly as possible. Good-faith reporters will not be penalized for raising child safety concerns. Do not download or further distribute suspected CSAM when reporting; describe it and provide location references (URLs, usernames, timestamps) instead.

6. How We Address CSAM

When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of potential CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Reviewing the report and relevant content or accounts.

  • Removing or disabling access to violating content.

  • Suspending or permanently terminating accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.

  • Preserving records and evidence as required by law or for legitimate safety investigations.

  • Reporting to law enforcement and/or relevant child protection organizations or hotlines when legally required or otherwise appropriate.

  • Cooperating with lawful requests from authorities in connection with child safety investigations.

The severity of the violation, available evidence, and applicable law guide our response. CSAM and CSAE may result in immediate permanent bans without prior warning.

7. Legal Compliance

XILA complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including requirements related to the reporting and handling of CSAM where such obligations apply. Nothing in these standards limits our ability to take stronger action than the minimum required by law to protect children and our community.
